More Liquid courage. When creating the first generation Liquid, we focused purely on the virtues and advantages a pressure-cast process can offer. With the second generation Liquid S-Series we take these advantages to a higher level. Liquid S has larger diameters, larger arbors and increased strength-to-weight ratios that come from the unique pocket spar frame and spool design. The arbor shape has been redesigned for cleaner spooling, and the drag knob is now larger, and if we can say it, “gripier”. Liquid S carries the Liquid name to a higher level.

Lamson Waterworks combines the best of modern die-cast aluminum technology and CNC machining to produce a strong, durable, closed frame made from a single piece of T 6061 aluminum. The Remix reel series, of course, features the same proven brake technology found on Waterworks Lamson's more expensive reel models. Much of the manufacturing and assembly is done in Idaho - USA. All parts for the brake system are also manufactured, assembled and quality tested in the USA. The integrated clicker on this fine running fly reel prevents the spool from overrunning and sounds a pleasant click sound in both directions.
